Journey to Iran and TurkeyThe major aim of this journey is Isfahan, the former capital city of Iran which is famous for its beautiful buildings. The travel starts in Istanbul and follows the traditional route eastwards till Tabriz. After a break of a few days, which are necessary to get acquainted with this foreign country, there are two more weeks for extended sightseeing in Isfahan. The journey ends with further excursions in Istanbul. |

Journey to Cappadocia / TurkeyThe focus of interest is the bizarre tuff landscape of Cappadocia in Turkey's upcountry. A visit of Kayseri city and several tours to the surroundings of Göreme village belong to it as well. Another emphasis of the journey is sightseeing in Istanbul's district Sultanahmet and boat tours over Bosporus and to Princes Islands. |
